  • How do I launder Mahara clothing?

    • All the items have washing guidelines on them: Cool gentle machine wash, do not tumble dry, do not iron.

  • How can I track my order?

    • Once our team have packaged your order you will receive an email informing you your package is on its way to you. You will find the tracking number on this email, it is the long line of numbers and letters. Follow the link here (https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/) or the link in your confirmation email, this will take you to the Royal Mail web page where you enter your tracking number and locate your package. Please note that Royal Mail Signed For and 1st and 2nd class parcel services aren’t tracked throughout their journey. They will provide you with online delivery confirmation.
  • What happens if I can’t find my tracking number?

    • Please contact the customer service team at hello@maharasport.co.uk and provide them with your order number, name and address they will then be able to locate your tracking your number.
  • What if no one is in?

    • A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.
  • Why is my order late?

    • Please double check the delivery option you selected, cut off times for ordering and the date which we said it will be delivered by. If the date is before the advised delivery date and you've had your dispatch email, then your parcel will be on its way. Your delivery date must have passed for the customer service team to be able to investigate where your order is. Very rarely packages do have delays, if your advised delivery date has passed please contact the customer service team at hello@maharasport.co.uk and have your order number ready.
  • Do I have to sign for my parcel?

    • Yes, if you have chosen the option to have your parcel signed for upon receipt someone will need to sign for the parcel or it will be sent back to your local depo. Please note that royal mail do not provide the customer with a copy of the signature and you cannot view this online.
  • When will my item arrive?

    • When your parcel will arrive depends on which service used to send it.
